Zypher and Marigold

This is a picture of Zypher, a character from a short story I did for a writing challenge a while back, and his adopted mouse daughter, Marigold. The tale is quite grim with a dark ending, but I later added a somewhat happy ending to it...though with some dark facts untold behind it.

Still, despite how grim the story was, I wanted to take drawing Zypher, and quickly showed that no, I'm not /that/ good at batwings. *snickers*
