Yes, its a pyromanical otter on a horse. Why do you ask?
This is the third of my odd series of Civil War creatures, this time, Tec the otter, based off the infamous Union Civil War general, William Tecumseh Sherman. [link]
Not the best otter I've ever done, but snazzy, nonetheless. As usual, this is inspired off ~mitya corrupting me with his tale, Rhynnsylvania. [link]

I like it, but I think next time, you should make the character grainy and in black and white
